• nts-srv watch now creates the data directory if it does not exist.
• nts user has pkgs.gitMinimal and nts-srv in user packages. nts-srv no longer needs to be symlinked
• the config file is symlinked with systemd tmpfiles

These changes allow the removal of nts-srv-init which simplifies the systemd setup alot

fix(nts-srv/watch): create data directory if it does not exist yet 24f3c45423

feat(nts): add nts-srv to PATH on server ... a21998263f

so the binary no longer needs to be symlinked to ~/.local/bin/nts-srv
