This PR adds hydraJobs to be build by cache.solarpunk.social.
For this to work we must also make this repo public, I would therefore only merge this if we actually want to make this repo public, vibe check for that would be great

I'm all for it. I mean it's a working project we are using. It doesn't contain sensitive infos, so I say do it
